RESTAURANT & KITCHEN

Our creative culinary adventures are inspired by the best ingredients from our amazing network of producers, the perfect craftmanship of our team in the kitchen, and above all by our satisfied food explorers who are coming back year after year. We are thankful for the many awards and recognitions we have received from the culinary community at large but what excites us most are our satisfied customers at the end of each day.

 

The Obauer kitchen turns out fare that is regional, seasonal, creative, traditional and modern, hot and cold, and usually all of the above at the same time. It is backed up by such an extensive philosophy that it is almost impossible to explain,so we decided to keep it simple;

 

we call it our Obauer Cuisine.

 

The stage for the Obauer cuisine is our large dining room, our small dining room, and weather permitting our wonderful garden. For larger parties (up to 30) we reserve our dining room “Eisriesenwelt” (named after the magnificent ice caves nearby) for you. For exclusive bookings of our Restaurant we have a seated capacity of up to 100 guests.

 

Amazing vintages from carefully selected winemakers are waiting for the right cue to descend from our wine cellar on to your table, allowing a synergy of creations to unfold into a culinary ´Gesamtkunstwerk'.
